Terms of Service

3DStock is an online platform for digital 3D models, scenes, textures and similar files made by independent creators (shown on the site as “sellers”), and for services we provide ourselves: AI 3D Studio, the 3ds Max render-setting service, studio setups and product promotion. Everything is delivered digitally; nothing is shipped.

We are the seller of every paid purchase. When you buy a model licence, credits, a Gold membership or a service, your contract is with Santral Mimarlık Mob. Tas. İnş. Tic. Ltd. Şti., not with the creator shown on the product page. Creators license their models to us and we license them to you under the 3DStock License. Questions, complaints, withdrawals and refunds are handled by us.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher), and the information you give us must be accurate.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account. Tell us immediately at info@3dstock.org if you suspect misuse.
• Accounts are personal. Do not share, sell or transfer your account, credits or downloads.
• We send service messages about your account, purchases and sales by e-mail and in your account. Newsletters are sent only if you subscribed to them.

• Prices are shown in US dollars, include any applicable taxes and any discount shown on the product page. Everyone pays in US dollars.
• Before you pay you see the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement for your order; after payment they are saved in Account → Agreements and sent to you by e-mail.
• Card payments are processed by our payment provider iyzico on its secure payment form. We never see or store your card number.
• When a payment is confirmed you can download the files immediately. Purchased files stay available in Account → Downloads as long as your account exists, unless a model has to be withdrawn for legal or security reasons (for example a valid copyright complaint or confirmed malware); in that case the Refund Policy applies.
• When you buy a model you receive a licence to use it (see the 3DStock License), not ownership of the copyright.
• Your statutory right of withdrawal and its exceptions for instantly delivered digital content are explained in the Distance Sales Agreement.
• Every model purchase comes with our 14-day 3DStock Guarantee: if you ask within 14 days of the purchase, we refund a model whose files are defective, not as described or contain malware, or that you have not downloaded or previewed in 3D yet — to your card, or as credits if you prefer. Details are in the Refund Policy.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if a price is obviously wrong, a payment is suspicious, or the product breaks these terms; any amount paid is then refunded.

• Credits are a prepaid balance you can use instead of a card to get licences for paid models and to use AI 3D Studio. A model costs about 1 credit per US$1 of its price; the exact cost is shown before you confirm.
• You get credits with a Gold plan or by buying a credit pack. Credits do not expire while your account is open.
• Credits can be used only on 3DStock. They have no cash value, are not electronic money, cannot be transferred or paid out, and are non-refundable once spent — except that when a model you got with credits is refunded (for example under the 14-day 3DStock Guarantee), the credits you paid go back to your wallet. Unused credit packs are covered by the Refund Policy.
• We may remove credits obtained by fraud, chargebacks or technical errors.

• “Gold” means any active paid plan (for example Basic or Premium). Plan prices, credits and periods are shown on the Pricing page and on the confirmation page before you pay.
• The plan's download credits are added at the start of each paid period. Gold members can download models marked “Free for Gold members” at no credit cost, subject to a fair-use limit of 30 downloads a day across free and Free-for-Gold models and at most 300 a month. Opening a model's 3D preview counts as a download. Automated or bulk downloading is not allowed.
• Gold plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the price shown when you subscribed, charged by iyzico to the card you entered, until you cancel. Annual members get a reminder e-mail before each renewal and every renewal is confirmed with a receipt. You can cancel at any time in Account → Gold membership; cancellation stops future charges and Gold benefits continue until the end of the period you have paid for. If a renewal payment fails, Gold ends at the end of the paid period unless you update your card. Credits already in your wallet and models you already downloaded stay yours.
• Within 14 days of a membership payment you can withdraw and get that payment back, as long as you have not used its credits or downloaded a Free-for-Gold model since that payment (details in the Distance Sales Agreement and the Refund Policy).
• Models can be added to or removed from the Free-for-Gold list at any time. Downloads you already made are not affected. Free-for-Gold models without a price are available only with Gold; they cannot be bought by card or with credits.

Free models require a free account with a confirmed e-mail address and are limited to a number of downloads per day (currently 3 for free accounts; Gold members have 30 a day across free and Free-for-Gold models, at most 300 a month). Days and months are counted in UTC, and opening a model's 3D preview counts as a download. Free downloads come with the same licence as paid ones. Scraping, mirroring or using bots to download content is prohibited.

If you upload content for sale or free download (as a “seller”), you confirm and agree that:

• You own the content or have all rights needed to license it to us for the uses below, including rights to any textures, brands, designs or people it shows.
• You keep the copyright. By uploading content you grant Santral Mimarlık Mob. Tas. İnş. Tic. Ltd. Şti. a worldwide, non-exclusive licence, for as long as the content is listed on 3DStock, to store, reproduce, display and promote it (including previews, renders and thumbnails), to license it to customers under the 3DStock License and to deliver the files to them. Licences already granted to customers stay valid after you remove the content or close your account.
• Your title, images, description, formats, render engines and technical details are accurate, and the uploaded files are complete, working and free of malware.
• You mark content created with AI tools as AI generated, and you have the rights to the photos or inputs you used.
• You set the price: at least US$1 for a paid model, also after any discount. When you choose “Free for Gold members”, Gold members can download the model at no credit cost; leave the price empty to make the model Gold-only, or set a price of at least US$1 at which other customers can buy it. AI-generated models cannot be Free for Gold.
• Your earnings: for every paid licence of your model (by card or with credits) you earn a share of the price paid, excluding taxes: 70% from your first sale and 75% from the Silver seller level (at least 100 published models and 20 sales). An individually agreed rate may apply to your shop; 75% is the maximum share in every case. Your current share is shown in your account. Content that belongs to 3DStock itself earns no seller share. Free downloads and Gold downloads of Free-for-Gold models do not earn. If a sale is refunded or charged back, its earning is deducted from your balance.
• Seller levels and rewards count your published models (AI-generated models are not counted) and real sales only: a sale counts when the buyer paid at least US$1 and it was not refunded, and each buyer counts once per model.
• Payouts: you can request a payout once your balance reaches the minimum payout amount. Payouts are made in US dollars, only by Payoneer or international bank transfer (SWIFT), to the payout details in your account; fees charged by Payoneer or the banks may apply. You are responsible for your own taxes; where the law requires us to withhold tax, we deduct it from the payout.
• File checks: every new upload is checked automatically before it can be published. We inspect the contents of archives (programs, scripts, password-protected and damaged archives are not accepted) and the embedded scripts of 3ds Max and Maya scenes; the checks may include an antivirus scan by Amazon Web Services. Uploaded files are never opened or run. A model whose files fail a check is not published, and you receive a message that explains what was found and how to fix it. Our team may review and release a held file.
• If malware is confirmed in one of your models, we remove it, block its files, warn the customers who downloaded it and refund them, and the related earnings are deducted. Repeated cases can lead to the closing of your shop.
• We may review, hide or remove content, and suspend payouts, if content breaks these terms or receives a valid copyright complaint.
• Paid promotions (featured placement) start immediately after payment and are non-refundable once started.

• AI 3D Studio creates 3D models from photos you upload or from text descriptions you write. Only upload photos you took yourself or have permission to use. Do not upload photos of identifiable people without their consent, or of trademarked or copyrighted designs you are not allowed to reproduce, and do not write descriptions that ask for such designs.
• Each generation costs the number of credits shown before you start. Credits for a generation that fails are returned automatically; credits for completed generations are non-refundable.
• AI results can be imperfect. You are responsible for checking a model before you use or sell it. Models you list for sale are labelled “AI generated”.
• In some countries AI-generated output may not be protected by copyright. We do not guarantee that you can prevent others from creating similar output.

• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights, or that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or promotes violence.
• Weapons or items whose files are designed to be manufactured illegally.
• Files that do not match the listing, contain malware or hidden programs or scripts, or are copies of other sellers' work.
• Manipulating reviews, prices, downloads or promotions, or attempting to get around payments, credits, download limits or our security checks.

If your antivirus program or your 3D software (for example Autodesk's Scene Security Tools) warns you about a model you bought or downloaded, use “Report malware” on the product page and do not open the files again. A report from a customer who bought or downloaded the model pauses its downloads while our team checks it. If malware is confirmed, we block the files, warn everyone who downloaded the model and refund the price to everyone who paid for it. Reports that turn out to be false or abusive can lead to further reports from the same account no longer pausing downloads.

If you believe content on 3DStock infringes your rights, use the “Report a copyright issue” link on the product page or e-mail info@3dstock.org with the product link, proof of your rights and your contact details. We review every report and may remove content while we investigate. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.

Service orders (such as the 3ds Max render setting service) are described on their own pages, including price and delivery details. Work starts after payment; delivery times are estimates. Revisions and refunds for services follow the Refund Policy.

Models are made by independent creators. Before you buy, check the formats, software versions and render engines listed on the product page; we do not guarantee that every model fits your specific software version, scene or project. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned in the 12 months before the claim. This limit does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

You can close your account at any time under Account → Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, commit fraud or harm other users. Licences you validly obtained for models you bought remain valid after your account closes, unless they were obtained through fraud or a chargeback.

We may update these terms. We show the date of the latest version on this page and, for important changes, notify registered users by e-mail or on the site; purchases are always governed by the documents you accepted when you paid. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts as described in the Distance Sales Agreement, and the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply. For other disputes the courts and enforcement offices at our registered address have jurisdiction.
