What is Gold?
Gold is our name for any active paid plan (Basic or Premium). Gold members download every model marked Free for Gold (1,861 models) at 0 credits, within a fair-use limit of 30 downloads a day, at most 300 a month (opening a model's 3D preview counts as a download). Free-for-Gold models with a price can also be bought by card or with credits; those without a price are included with Gold only.
What is a credit?
Credits are an alternative to paying by card. A model costs 1 credit per $1 of its sale price (after any discount), rounded up to a whole credit — a $6 model = 6 credits, a $9.99 model = 10 credits, and anything under $1 = 1 credit. Paid plans add credits every period, and you can top up with credit packs ($1.00–$0.88 per credit).
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your wallet until you use them, even after your plan ends.
Does my plan renew automatically? Can I cancel?
Yes. Gold plans renew automatically every month or year at the price you signed up for, charged by iyzico to the card you used, until you cancel. Cancel any time in Account → Gold membership — there are no further charges and you keep Gold until the end of the period you have paid for. Annual members get a reminder 7 days before each renewal. Your credits and every model you already got stay yours.
Can I use the models commercially?
Yes — every purchase and download comes with a royalty-free license for your projects and client work. See the license terms for what is not allowed (for example, reselling the files).
How do I pay? Can I get a refund?
Card payments are processed securely by iyzico (Visa, Mastercard, Troy); Gold renewals are charged to the card you subscribed with. Everyone pays in US dollars. Every model you buy is covered by our 14-day 3DStock Guarantee: contact us within 14 days of the purchase and we refund the model if its files are defective, not as described or contain malware, or if you haven't downloaded it or opened its 3D preview yet. Memberships and credit packs follow their own rules: within 14 days of a payment you can withdraw from an unused credit pack or membership payment and get it back in full.
