3DStock License

A worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free licence to use the content in your own projects and in projects you create for clients. The licence is granted to the person or the single company that obtained the download.

• Use the content in still images, renders, animations, films, architectural visualisations, presentations, websites, games, VR/AR and other interactive projects, for personal or commercial purposes.
• Modify, combine and adapt the content, and use it in work you deliver to clients.
• Keep backup copies and share the files with collaborators who are working on the same project for you, as long as they do not use them for anything else.
• 3D-print models for personal use. Selling physical prints is only allowed if the product page says so.

• Resell, share, give away or redistribute the source files (modified or not) — for example on other marketplaces, in asset packs, templates or file-sharing sites.
• Make the files extractable by end users, for example as downloadable assets in a game mod or a publicly accessible 3D viewer that allows download.
• Use the content to train, fine-tune or test machine-learning or AI models, or include it in datasets.
• Claim the original content as your own work, or register it as a trademark or design.
• Use the content in a way that is illegal, defamatory or misleading.

A bundle is a set of models sold together at one price. Every model in a bundle is licensed to you exactly as if you had bought it on its own, under this licence. A bundle covers only the models listed when you bought it — models added to the bundle later are not included — and models you already owned are not included again.

Some models represent real products, buildings, brands or people. This licence covers the 3D files only, not the rights to any trademark, design or likeness they show. For advertising or merchandise you may need permission from the rights holder.

Models labelled “AI generated” come with the same licence. In some jurisdictions AI-generated output may have limited copyright protection, so we cannot guarantee exclusivity for such models.

If a model has to be withdrawn because of a valid rights claim or because malicious code (malware) was confirmed in its files, we tell you and you must stop using and delete the affected files; you then get a refund as described in the Refund Policy. Work you finished and published before you were told may remain published, unless a court or the rights holder requires otherwise.

The licence ends automatically if you break it, or if the purchase is refunded or charged back. Projects you finished and published before termination under a valid licence may remain published.
