Refund Policy

Every model you buy on 3DStock — by card or with credits — is covered by our 14-day 3DStock Guarantee. If you ask within 14 days of the purchase, we refund the model when:

• the files are defective or corrupted — missing, damaged, or they cannot be opened in the software and version listed on the product page;
• the model is not as described — the files are materially different from the product description or images;
• malicious code (malware) is found in the files;
• you have not downloaded the model or previewed it in 3D yet.

The money goes back to the card you paid with. If you prefer, we refund it as credits to your 3DStock wallet instead — 1 credit for every full US$1, and any amount under $1 still goes back to your card. A model you bought with credits is refunded with the credits you paid.

Bundles are refunded as a whole: we refund the price you paid for the bundle (to your card, as credits, or with the credits you paid) and remove every model the bundle added to your account. The “not downloaded or previewed” case applies only if none of the bundle's models has been downloaded or previewed in 3D yet. A single model from a bundle is not refunded on its own; if one of them is defective, not as described or contains malware, we refund the whole bundle or, if you prefer to keep the other models, give you credits for that model.

To use the guarantee, write to us through the contact form or at info@3dstock.org with your order number (Account → Orders; for a model or bundle you got with credits, its name) and, for a problem with the files, a short description — screenshots help. Every request is reviewed by our team and answered by e-mail. The guarantee is a voluntary promise on top of your statutory rights and does not limit them. When a model is refunded, its licence ends and it is removed from your downloads.

Model files are made available for download right after payment. At checkout you ask for this immediate delivery, so the statutory right of withdrawal ends once the files are available. Opening a model's 3D preview counts as accessing its files, just like downloading them.

Besides the 14-day guarantee — for example when you notice a problem later — we will still refund a model purchase, or return the credits you paid with, if:

• the files are missing, corrupted or cannot be opened in the software and version listed on the product page, and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your report;
• the files are materially different from the product description or images;
• malicious code (malware) is confirmed in the model — we warn everyone who downloaded it, and everyone who paid for it gets the full price back (just reply to our warning or contact us);
• the model is withdrawn because of a valid copyright or other rights claim and we ask you to stop using it — you get the full price (or the credits) back;
• you were charged twice for the same order, or charged for an order that failed.

We do not refund a model because of a change of mind once you have downloaded it or previewed it in 3D, or more than 14 days after the purchase, or for issues caused by software or versions not listed on the product page.

• You can withdraw from a credit pack purchase within 14 days of the payment and get a full refund to your card, as long as none of that pack's credits has been used.
• Credits are non-refundable once spent (on a model, on AI 3D Studio or on any other service).
• When a model bought with credits is refunded under section 1 or 2, we return the credits you paid to your wallet.
• AI 3D generations that fail are refunded automatically in credits.

• You can withdraw from a membership payment — the first payment or a renewal — within 14 days of that payment and get it back in full, as long as, since that payment, you have not downloaded any Free-for-Gold model and have not used any of the credits it added.
• After you have used the membership benefits of a payment, that payment is non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewals; Gold stays active until the end of the period you paid for and unused plan credits remain in your wallet.
• A refunded membership payment ends the Gold period paid for with it, stops the automatic renewal and removes the credits it added.

• Paid product promotions start immediately after payment and are non-refundable once the promotion has started.
• Render setting service orders can be cancelled with a full refund until our team starts work. After work has started we first try to fix any issue with revisions; if we cannot deliver what the order describes, we refund you.

E-mail info@3dstock.org or use the contact form — for a withdrawal within 14 days of the payment, for the 14-day 3DStock Guarantee within 14 days of the purchase, and for other refund requests within 14 days of the purchase or of noticing the problem. Include your order or receipt number (see Account → Orders or Receipts) and, for a problem with files, a short description with screenshots if possible. Our team reviews every request and replies by e-mail.

Approved refunds are sent back to the original card through iyzico within 14 days (for a withdrawal: within 14 days of receiving your notice); your bank may need a few more days to show it. Except for a withdrawal, which is always refunded to the card you paid with, you can ask for the refund as credits in your 3DStock wallet instead: 1 credit (worth US$1) for every full dollar, and any amount under $1 goes back to your card. Purchases paid with credits are refunded in credits. Opening a chargeback while a refund request is open may lead to the purchase licences and credits being revoked.

When a purchase is refunded, its licence ends and the refunded models are removed from your downloads; a refunded membership payment ends the Gold period paid for with it and stops automatic renewal, and a refunded credit pack or membership removes the credits it added.
