Attention! The "Assets to 3D editors" folder is intended for use in 3D editors. The resources from this folder have a slightly worse UV scan, but there are ready-made textures. Also, these resources are not intended for close angles in Unreal Engine.  (On the preview of the product, the render is made with this scan)

That is why the archive contains a model with the best UV scan ("3d model for texturing (better UVscan)"), but it will have to be textured itself.
